These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods on this webshop.
2. Formation of Agreement
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A binding agreement is only entered into once you have received this confirmation.
Reffe ApS reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of errors, out-of-stock items, or technical issues. We also reserve the right to claim "force majeure" and are not liable for typing or printing errors.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT. Any delivery costs will be clearly displayed before payment.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
The amount will only be charged once the item has been dispatched.
4. Delivery
We deliver to Denmark and selected EU countries. Estimated delivery times:
- Denmark: 2-5 business days
- EU: 3-10 business days
Delivery is carried out by relevant shipping partners. The risk for the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@reffe.dk. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the package without simultaneously notifying us.
Returns You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your wish to cancel the purchase.

- Return Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Condition of the Item You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the items.
Refunds Upon withdrawal, we refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized goods.
- Hygiene products with broken seals.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly.
7. Warranty (Right of Complaint)
You have a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Contact us at: info@reffe.dk.
8. Liability
Reffe is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of business, loss of profit, or similar. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
