All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to selected countries within Europe and other international destinations where available.

Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days

  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (if applicable).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply upon delivery.

Reffeshop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at reffe2@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
